Shipping

Currently, shipping is only available in the United States and Canada.  We have arrangements with several suppliers in order to provide you with the quality products offered here.  Orders are shipped via FedEx ground, UPS or USPS and may come from different suppliers located in various states.  

Returns

Ingestible items such as foods and treats cannot be returned.  In the unlikely event there is a problem with a product, please contact us via email at the campingdog@earthlink.net.  Be sure to include your name, your contact information, and the reason you want to return or replace the product.  We will then send you the new product or issue a credit or refund, as appropriate.
